I was able to contact business and restaurants by e-mail and fax for donations of gift cards, tee times and ski passes. I raised over $1k for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Teams in Training. I just want on company websites and faxed a letter requesting a donation. I also included a letter from the cause with my name so that the companies knew that it was legitimate. Good luck.
