Happy Thanksgiving!

What a day. Let me tell you all – nine month old twins + no naps during the day +TONS of family + waaaaaay too much interaction does not = happy babies or happy parents. It’s like Max and Wes *knew* it was a big day (for Jeff and I, anyway), so they deliberately made it harder for us. I don’t want to go into details, because we really enjoyed being around our families, and I know that everyone was having a good time with the newest members of the M Family, but whoa. You could NOT pay me to replay today. I’m beat. I’m just going to narrate the day with photos, since that’s really all anyone ever cares about anyway. For the record, I didn’t put the boys in their super adorable outfits I had planned out for today because it was almost 70 degrees today and they would have been dying of heat had I done that. Maybe tomorrow…

Apple pies a mother (and grandmother) could be proud of

Wes would like a taste of those apple pies...

...as would Max

What all good midwestern meals are made of - Crisco!

A real reason to be thankful - Jeff's cousin, Molly, and her twin girls, Drew and Regan

Aww, Happy Thanksgiving buddy! Sorry it was a little rough! Lily Boo was also a big grump and only would eat canned peaches and none of the feast I worked so hard to prepare.
Sigh.
HUGS!!
