Happy Fall (and pseudo-quads)!!!

This afternoon, Jeff and I piled Max and Wes into the car and drove up to Ft. Collins to meet some friends…who we had never met before.  =)  Jenny and Brian also became pregnant with twin boys last fall, and they were due around the same time we were.  She found (me) our blog through one of my blog posts about Dr. Heybourne – the perinatologist who did my cerclage (and hers, too!).  Anyway, long story short – their story is CRAZY similar to ours – twin boys, cerclage, bed rest (she spent 5 weeks in the hospital), and eventual early birth (her little dudes were born 10 weeks early exactly a week before Max and Wes were born).  As a matter of fact, I could probably write an entire blog post about just how similar our boys are (to each other).

We had so much fun playing at the pumpkin patch with Jenny, Brian, Hudson, and Miles.  The boys looked absolutely ADORABLE together, and boy did we get a LOT of looks!!  Can you imagine?!?  Two couples, each with a baby strapped to their chest – all of them wearing pumpkin hats!  LOL, we were quite the sight!  I hope you enjoy the photos we took today (and I’ll have more when Jenny sends me the ones she took on their camera)!
