A Big Thank You

I\we wanted to thank everyone for all of the amazing comments they have left over the last few days.  After reading some of the comments on the online article (I knew I shouldn’t have), it is nice to know that there are still people out there (even those who don’t know us) that can still be sincere and thoughtful, despite the controversial nature of the story.

And on that note, yesterday while I was sitting at home sick, I heard our front screen door open and close. To be honest I feared it was our first set of hate mail (which we were warned we may get), but that is just me being paranoid. I waited a while before going to see what it was and to my surprise it was a hand written letter, accompanied by a copy of the NY Times from Aurora City Councilman, Lawrence N. Beer.
