Our little Max on his one month birthday

Our (bigger) little Wes on his one month birthday

Don’t let the close up of Max fool you, he really isn’t bigger than his brother, but he looks like it in this photo. Our boys are a month old today, and although it seems like time in the NICU has flown by, it also feels like we’ve been doing this forever. I’m getting really sick of the driving back and forth to the hospital multiple times each day, but I really never get sick of seeing Max and Wes, so I guess I’ll keep going. =)

We also took some video of the boys getting their baths this morning, but I haven’t uploaded it yet, so it will have to wait for another day. It’s pretty funny – Max really enjoyed his tubby today, while Wes screamed almost the whole time he was in there – until the nurse dropped some “Sweeties” (just a small drop of sugar water) in his mouth. Then he just sucked and sucked on his lips until he got every last drop of that sweet stuff. So flippin’ cute.

My grampy flew in tonight, but I haven’t had a chance to see him yet. He and my aunt Jan are coming to the hospital tomorrow morning, where grampy will get to meet his great-grandsons for the first time. I’m sure it will be a Kodak (or Nikon) moment, so I promise to take lots of pics!

So Violet is exactly 5 months older than your boys and Aiden is exactly 10 months older. WEIRD that they all share the 16th. You have an awesome little family Kerry.
